The problem with HD+ feeds is that they're 1800K - Even if you have a 3Mbit connection it could be dipping below 1.8 momentarily when there's network congestion at prime time (6pm-10pm) internet usage. That's what causes the buffering for people with the HD+. I'd always recommend a higher internet connection for the HDplus feeds to be safe.
[quote=billy]When the issue cannot be reproduced there's not much we can do. If you read above the gentleman that was having an issue on one computer solved his issue by using a different computer and getting down to the issue. We currently have enough bandwidth to support triple the users we have - That's not the issue.
If you're getting fine bandwidth and no latency, I too would try to use another computer to try to eliminate issues.
Let me know
Now i dont have possibility to use another computer and check that... But i found something... When i test my bandwidth on speedtest.net or on other similar sites it shows me that i have 2,0 MB or more, but when i play your stream i click mouse right button i go to statistics and then to advanced,i see that my using bandwidth is a much lower. What you think about that? It`s something wrong with my computer or with my ISP?
PS. Sorry for my poor english, but i hope you understand what i wrote...
I wouldn't think it's anything to do with the ISP - It sounds like it's more an issue with your network configuration (either on the computer, or networking equipment).
