We're still monitoring. Just preparing for the playoffs.

I apologize for your issue being overlooked. I have fixed your issue and sent you an email confirmation.

    Thanks

Anybody still monitoring this site? I still can't log into my Premium Gold membership, and I can't get replies to my PMs, emails, or anything else. Haven't seen any activity from Billy for a little while now...did he die? I've sent two PMs to Arbiter (including one while he was VISIBLY ONLINE AND CHATTING WITH OTHERS)and nothing...no response. (Though he logged out immediately afterward....What the hell???!!)

It's positively BIZARRE that (whoever is in charge here now) seems to be actively avoiding paying customers with issues...why? I'd actually understand it if the entire site just suddenly folded and absconded with everyone's money, but it is up and running, and apparently still being enjoyed by many. So what the HELL is going on? Is it really that damn difficult to reset the password and relay the info to the email address on file?

I used to love this site, and I used to recommend it to others whole-heartedly, but the customer service---which used to be prompt and courteous---is, as I said, bordering on the bizarre at this point. You're behaving like a fly-by-night scam operation----but clearly you're not, because you're still in business...so what gives? Why would you risk losing a yearly Premium Gold subscriber who has been here since the very beginning???

It's really a shame; because this was a truly FANTASTIC idea for an internet business, and the product presentation is decently executed. But if it's being managed by children....that kind of ruins it, you know?

Thank you, Billy for getting back to me; the issue has indeed been resolved now. Sorry about the snarky tone in my last post; I was getting very frustrated and well...playoffs are starting....

My faith in this site has been restored; I will be renewing when the time comes.

    Thanks again.

I had my Roku box setup the other day and it was working great, but now that I am trying to use my Roku box to watch the game tonight it's giving me the following message: Your Credentials do not appear to be valid. Please verify that you entered the correct username and password, and that you have a Hockeystreams.com Priemium Gold membership, and try again... I do have a Premium Gold membership and have entered in the correct account info, so is there something wrong with the service today?

Please look in the HS roku forum section. A credential issue thread is hot. Read more recent thread pages for update. Situation should be obvious with reading those pages.

Ah, I didn't see that posting in the forum (rookie mistake). Thanks, but even in that post it's not sounding to good....
