Looked archives (HD) during the day. Several times the picture stopped and WMP wrote about an attempt to reconnect. The connection was restored and the show went on. This is the server number 7. On the server, Number 3 of these failures was not! Everything worked!
Now about the HD +. the server 3 shows a server 7 view does not work: (The symptoms described above). You have a problem with the server itself 7 or with the channel on it. There are no miracles - from the server 3, all excellent shows!
so you're still having buffering issues ? I havent tried in last 2 days and dont have flip4mac wmv installed at my work computer so i cant try now but it really blows if you're still having issues with HD+ ( only stream i care about ). Any news from admins what has been done and if its supposed to fix lack of bandwidth to EU ?
It appears Fedor and I have the same problem, that server 7 is NOT good for some users in EU, improve it, get a new one or change server because its not good for archive games.
I tried the only hdplus stream from yesterday in the archive and got a bit surprised it played fine for about 10mins then started buffering and was just to stop the stream and start from the timeline when it started buffering and played fine after that (only tried for few mins though), if it was just temporarely i dont know but before it buffered after 2-4mins
The same situation with the server 7 - 10 minutes of viewing - buffering - 2 minutes of viewing - the loss of connection - buffering - 2 minutes of viewing. And so on to infinity.
Now works. Yesterday, at the same time, too, worked. At 11 am Moscow time.
I'll get the network team to do some tests from Russia during peak time to see if it could be related to congestion in the transatlantic links.
