billy- I do not have istream activated yet, for free previews i need it activated?

I have 13MB internet on my wifi laptop, but on my iphone I do speedtests and they are never near that and i dont know why. The speedtest apps really suck! I have a 3GS.

I have MLB At Bat and I get HD quality video thru mlb.tv

You can view a preview if you log in and click on View Preview (on your iphone). To watch live or on-demand streams you will need the iStream membership.

for all MLB games, I subscribe to MLB.TV and then I watch games thru MLB At-Bat and it's optimized for my 14meg internet speed so it's about 2200k or 3000k.

    The quality is insane good.

Do they allow you to watch via 3G? The iStreams are not meant to be watched on a desktop. They are made to watch on the road, when you do not have access to a computer or a wifi connection. Watching at those bitrates on a 3G Connection will quickly run you up a bill of several thousand dollars

I have unlimited data thru AT&T and yes I can use 3G.

I get about 2500-3000k via my 3G connection. So it must be 2200k quality, it's fantastic.

I believe the states are the only ones that have the option for unlimited data. Every where else that we know of is capped at under 6GB

Advantage me I guess, I think I will get only the Istream sub. I have NHL Network, and my local sports channels on my Dish I get Wild and Blackhawks.
