allthough I've loved having this site throughout the year, I had no intention of renewing it for the summer. I was not aware that I'd have to Cancel it, or you would take the money from my account without asking me first.
I'm sure In the Fine print It states that I'd have to cancel it, or maybe I read that 6 months ago, and didn't remember to cancel. I had Every intention of Getting another 6 months next year, when the season starts back up, and this is the most reliable method to watch every wings game.
Is there any way I can cancel my subscription and get a refund? It just renewed Yesterday, And I dind't watch anything from here last night.
When I go TO the Contact us part of the Site, I jsut get the headline of FAQ, and that's it...just a blank white page underneath. I couldn't find any E-mail to contact. This is a Problem on my end, as I'm on a different Computer as I'd usually be on. My own personal computer has no problems, but on this computer, there are a few weird things that happen on this site, if I'm not full screen. Point is, This was the only way I could figure out how to contact anybody on this computer.
So, again, could I get a refund from the Automatic subscription that went through yesterday? Or do I just get screwed, and get told to live and learn and not to trust paying independant internet sites anymore?
I'm hoping someone that can do something about this reads this, and can help me.
Also, When I go to my subscription and account pages, I can't find anyway to cancel my current subscription....Possibly another but that's on my end.#2 04/19/2009 - 02:09 PMI have the same exact issue. Didn't want to renew. I've sent two messages and two emails. No one wants to respond. Even if they can' give me a refund at least tell us :/
